摘要
 
 本研究主要目的在探討以網際網路科技進行大學體育課程之教學支援及網路學習之成效。教學實驗結果顯示:(1)以『班級資訊網站』支援體適能課程教學,對學習者學科知識之學習成效上較傳統教學有顯著之幫助,而且透過班級資訊網站所提供之虛擬教室,可以提供學習者更方便的學習溝通管道;(2)以『網路教學』方式進行體適能課程,在學科知識之學習成效上較傳統方式有顯著之幫助,而且透過『網路教學』的方式可以有效達成術科技能學習之目標;(3)然而『網路教學』在電腦多媒體設計上應該要適切設計與考量,才能有效及逼真的表現術科動作之精要,也才能有效達成術科教學之目標。
 
ABSTRACT
 
The purposes of this study were to investigate the effects of using Internet technology in supporting the delivery of courses and conducting web-based learning for university-level physical education courses. The physical fitness learning-supporting course-page and the flexibility web-based learning system were implemented to conduct the experiments with comparison to the traditional lecture course. The results revealed that (1) the learning-supporting course-page significantly enhanced learners’ performance of content knowledge with comparison to the tradition course, and learners showed their preference of the convenient characteristics of course-page; (2) learners of the web-based group outperformed those in the traditional course on the content knowledge test, and the web-based learning method was proofed to be effective for acquiring sports motor skills; and (3) the web-based multi-media should be designed appropriately to convey the essence and fidelity of sports motor skills to achieve the instructional goals .
